LEADERSHIP

In 2026, Textron Aviation welcomed Brian Rohloff as its new president & CEO, bringing with him 29 years of experience across the company. Most recently, Rohloff led the company's Global Customer Support organization and previously held leadership roles spanning Manufacturing, Parts, Sales and Finance, giving him a broad perspective on the people, products and customer relationships that define Textron Aviation. Growing up in Wichita near Beechcraft's east campus, Rohloff developed an early connection to the company's aviation heritage and later worked alongside teams responsible for building, delivering and supporting aircraft around the world.
