LEADERSHIP TEAM

In 2018, Textron Aviation welcomed Ron Draper as its new president and CEO, bringing with him an impressive 25-year tenure at Textron. Prior to joining Textron, Draper served as a Captain in the United States Army as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot and company commander. His overseas assignments included tours in Bosnia, South Korea and Germany. Draper is also a fixed-wing multi-engine commercial-rated pilot and enjoys flying a broad range of Textron Aviation aircraft. Most recently, Draper received second in command (SIC) qualification in the 525 series of Citation jets.
