The iconic Beechcraft King Air 360 is making its entry into Mongolia with charter operator Hunnu Air placing the first order for the turboprop aircraft in the country. With delivery expected at the end of 2027, Hunnu Air will use the Beechcraft King Air 360 to enhance its tourism and travel offerings along with VIP commuter services within Mongolia.

The addition of the King Air 360 complements Hunnu Air’s recent orders, which include two passenger variants of the Cessna SkyCourier—the first SkyCourier aircraft in Mongolia—as well as a new Cessna Grand Caravan EX. These aircraft join Hunnu Air’s existing fleet of Grand Caravan EX aircraft.
The Beechcraft King Air remains the world’s bestselling business turboprop family, supporting commercial operators, special mission organizations and several branches of the U.S. military. Since 1964, customers have taken delivery of more than 7,900 King Air turboprops, logging over 66 million flight hours worldwide.
The King Air 360 combines proven reliability with advanced technology to support demanding regional operations. The aircraft offers the latest technological advancements in the cockpit along with providing additional comfort for the passenger experience.
A key feature of the cockpit is a digital pressurization controller, which automatically schedules cabin pressurization during both climb and descent, reducing pilot workload and increasing overall passenger comfort. The aircraft also has a lower cabin altitude at the aircraft’s certified ceiling of 35,000 feet, providing greater comfort for passengers, especially during longer flights.
The cabin, meanwhile, features stunning craftsman-built cabinetry, partitions and side ledges, along with customizable interior schemes. CoolView windows and electrically driven air conditioning offer passengers an unprecedented level of passenger comfort and cabin cooling. Other amenities that come standard on the King Air include pull-out work tables, power outlets, USB charging stations and a private aft lavatory.
