Wichita, KS, July 21, 2025 — Pipistrel, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, today announced a U.S.-based parts warehouse to enhance part distribution operations and support for its aircraft customers across North America. The warehouse, centrally located at the Textron eAviation headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, will stock inventory of parts for all Pipistrel current production aircraft.

The new U.S.-based parts warehouse, structured to support regular maintenance requests and warranty orders, will support Pipistrel’s expanding customer base. By the end of the year, the warehouse plans to stock a comprehensive selection of the most frequently requested parts, ensuring that customers have timely access to the components they need.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this new warehouse is a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support,” said Tricia Steel, vice president of Global Sales and Marketing. “The addition of this warehouse supports our continued desire to provide our customers with the tools they need to ensure their aircraft run as efficiently as possible.”

The new parts warehouse is the latest investment in Pipistrel’s customer support organization, building on the success of initiatives like the deployment of U.S.-based Field Service Representatives in 2024. The company continues to enhance its support infrastructure, investing in talent and hiring experienced professionals to manage and optimize the new warehouse.

These customer-focused initiatives support Pipistrel’s broader strategy to build a robust and reliable support infrastructure in the United States, ensuring that Pipistrel customers receive the highest level of service and support, regardless of their location.
