Textron Aviation named a 2025 Top 25 Employer for Veterans

Textron Aviation has been named one of the Top 25 Employers for Veterans for 2025 by Military.com’s Veteran Employment Project. This recognition is awarded to companies with a dedicated veteran recruitment team known for providing clear, accessible information about local jobs and leadership opportunities for career advancement. 

With veterans representing nearly 15% of the company workforce, Textron Aviation is proud to support the U.S. Armed Forces. The company provides resources designed to foster wellbeing and professional growth, including SkillBridge internships, A&P certification and training, a military skills translator and more. Employees who are veterans and their supporters can also join Veteran Engagement Through Community Outreach and Mentoring (VETCOM), an employee resource group.
