Following a successful career journey spanning a decade in the company, Textron Aviation welcomes Luke Pankey as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Luke has a strong history as a proven leader, serving in various capacities throughout his tenure, most recently as director, Global Infrastructure & Project Management, Textron Aviation and deputy CIO, eAviation.
In his new role, Luke will be responsible for overseeing all information technology (IT) matters for Textron Aviation, Textron Aviation Defense and our affiliate companies.
Luke brings extensive experience to his new role, skilled in leading IT integration and deployment projects, fostering a data-driven culture and leading mission-driven teams. He served nearly 13 years in the Air Force, culminated with the role of deputy IT director of the 21st Medical Group, Air Force Space Command.
“My Air Force experience taught me the value of consistent effort, perseverance and commitment to achieving success, which has guided me throughout my career,” said Luke.
Luke assumes his new role effective Friday, March 14, eager to partner with colleagues and create solutions that return value to our customers.
