Textron Aviation team members recognized in AIN’s 2025 “Above & Beyond” Product Support Survey

Several Textron Aviation team members were honored in Aviation International News’ 2025 “Above & Beyond” Product Support Survey. This annual recognition highlights individuals across the industry who demonstrate exceptional dedication to customer support. 

Among those spotlighted by customers were: 

• Randy Adams, whose compassionate coordination of an AOG response flight during a holiday enabled a pediatric patient’s safe return home.
