Textron Aviation’s Milwaukee Service Center is celebrating 35 years of dedicated service to Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker customers in the Midwestern region and beyond. Located at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, the facility has grown into a cornerstone of Textron Aviation’s domestic service network, offering comprehensive maintenance and support for nearly all aircraft models in the company’s fleet.
“Marking 35 years in Milwaukee is a proud milestone for our team and is a reflection of the trust our customers place in us,” said Steve Kruk, general manager, Milwaukee Service Center. “Throughout the decades our employees have built lasting relationships that go far beyond aircraft maintenance. These bonds are the reason customers continue to return—and they’re what inspire our team to show up every day with pride, purpose and a commitment to excellence.”
Originally established in 1990 as a dedicated Cessna Citation Service Center, the Milwaukee Service Center has grown into a comprehensive facility supporting Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft. The center now offers a full suite of aftermarket services, reflecting Textron Aviation’s commitment to providing exceptional support across its entire product line. The facility features a 42,000-square-foot hangar capable of accommodating 18 to 24 aircraft, depending on size. Staffed by a team of highly skilled technicians and aviation professionals, the center delivers a wide range of services including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, airframe inspections, avionics upgrades, engine overhauls and pre-purchase evaluations.
The Milwaukee team’s service capabilities have expanded beyond the hangar with the addition of two Mobile Service Units (MSUs) and a Go Team, both equipped to rapidly deploy and provide on-site support where customers need it. The strength of the Milwaukee team lies not only in its technical expertise but also in its continuity and relationships. Two employees have been with the service center since its opening, contributing decades of experience and consistency. That same longevity extends to the customer base, with some operators and pilots returning to the facility year after year—many since the very beginning.
Textron Aviation, through its Beechcraft and Cessna brands, is renowned for its global service network dedicated to complete life-cycle support. In addition to its 20 company-owned service centers worldwide, customers benefit from a network of more than 300 authorized service facilities and over 50 mobile service units.
