Representatives of Textron Aviation, Textron Aviation Defense, Aero-Mach Labs and the Small Business Administration celebrate the 2025 Subcontractor of the Year award.

Textron Aviation is committed to fostering strong relationships with small businesses across the U.S., recognizing their vital role in driving innovation, delivering social impact and aligning with the company’s core values.

This commitment was on full display recently as Aero-Mach Labs, nominated by Textron Aviation Defense, was named the 2025 Small Business Subcontractor of the Year for the Great Plains Region by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

“Aero-Mach’s recognition reflects the value small businesses bring to our industry,” said Todd McKee, senior vice president, Integrated Supply Chain. “We’re committed to collaborating with companies like Aero-Mach that consistently deliver quality and innovation, while greatly contributing to our U.S. communities and economy.”

Aero-Mach repairs and supports aircraft instruments like fuel flow transmitters, pressure switches, landing gear control handles, trim aid computers, flap indicators, triple trim indicators, signal conditioner units and altimeters for aircraft across both the Beechcraft and Cessna product lines.

“Aero-Mach has worked with Textron Aviation and Textron Aviation Defense for more than 50 years,” said Jason White, President of Aero-Mach Labs. “This award shows how hard our team works every day to deliver quality and meet our customers’ needs.”

The Great Plains region includes Kansas, Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska. In addition to the SBA honors, Aero-Mach also received Textron Aviation’s 2025 STARS Supplier Performance Award for quality and on-time delivery.
