Textron Aviation celebrates decade of excellence and growth at its Stuttgart Satellite Service Center
Textron Aviation’s Stuttgart Satellite Service Center is celebrating a decade of service to Cessna and Beechcraft customers in Germany. As a satellite location to the company’s service center in Dusseldorf, Stuttgart delivers a wide range of high-quality support services including maintenance, interior upgrades and exterior modifications for Cessna Citation business jets and Beechcraft King Air turboprops.
“Celebrating ten years of service in Stuttgart is a significant moment for our team – we started as a line station and have grown to become a satellite service center for Textron Aviation and its robust global service network,” said Christof Kandel, general manager, Stuttgart Service Center. “This journey has been driven by the dedication, and expertise of our team. We are grateful for the employees here in Stuttgart and their commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone of our success. I’m incredibly grateful for the passion they bring to our customers every day.”
Since opening in 2015, the Stuttgart Satellite Service Center has evolved into a key hub for Textron Aviation’s European operations. The facility expanded in 2021, doubling its footprint to 12,000 square feet (1,110 meters) of hangar space in response to global customer demand. This growth highlights the team’s outstanding ability to deliver efficient, high-quality support. Alongside its physical expansion, the center has also doubled its service volume, underscoring its growing role in meeting the needs of an expanding customer base across the region.
Textron Aviation, through its Beechcraft and Cessna brands, is renowned for its unrivaled global service network dedicated to complete life-cycle support. In addition to its expansive company-owned footprint of 20 global service centers, Textron Aviation’s jet and turboprop customers have access to a global network of more than 300 authorized service facilities. Textron Aviation also offers a mobile support program featuring more than 50 mobile service units and on-site service technicians and support. The company operates a total of 11 domestic service centers and nine international service centers with expert service engineers offering maintenance, inspections, parts, repairs, avionic upgrades, equipment installations, refurbishments and other specialized services.
