Textron Aviation recently celebrated the grand opening of its second Plane Healthy Wellness Center & Pharmacy on the east campus in Wichita, Kansas — further solidifying the company’s commitment to employee wellness. During the event, remarks from Textron Aviation leadership and Premise Health, the healthcare provider for both locations, centered around the value of the comprehensive healthcare experience offered at the wellness center.
The first wellness center, located on Textron Aviation’s west campus, opened in 2022 and last year served over 19,000 patients and filled more than 32,000 prescriptions. The west campus wellness center has also achieved a world-class Net Promoter Score of 90 — significantly surpassing the healthcare industry average of 58.
