This summer, interns at Textron Aviation will embark on a journey that will enhance their skills and provide a deep understanding of the aviation industry. From the first day, they'll be part of a vibrant, collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.
With more than 500 interns participating, the program has a proven track record of fostering talent and passion for inspiring the journey of flight.
The Textron Aviation summer internship program is designed to be both challenging and rewarding. Interns will work on a variety of projects that encourage creative thinking and problem-solving. Whether engaging in hands-on engineering projects, participating in manufacturing processes, supporting supply chain operations or contributing to digital marketing strategies, their input will be valued and their growth supported.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the internship is the opportunity to connect with mentors and team members. The interns will be paired with experienced professionals who will guide them through their projects. These relationships will provide support and advice, helping them navigate their internship and build a valuable network.
For high school students, the six-week, part-time, paid internship program offers a unique chance to establish valuable peer and mentor connections. This program is designed to stretch their abilities and prepare them for future success in the aviation industry.
College interns will join the Textron Aviation team for a ten-week period, working full-time in paid positions, supporting the next generation of leaders and innovators with early-career development opportunities.
Join the Textron Aviation team and discover how our commitment to career exploration and training can help you achieve your dreams. Internship applications for 2026 will open this fall.
