Now, Textron Aviation welcomes Travis Tyler as senior vice president, Defense & Special Missions and president and CEO, Textron Aviation Defense.

Meet Travis Tyler, senior vice president, Defense & Special Missions

 

In this role Travis will oversee all aspects of Textron Aviation Defense & Special Missions, including aircraft sales, specialized mission equipment, maintenance and aircrew training programs, logistics and maintenance support, and aftermarket support programs.

 

Since joining the company in 2008, Travis has accumulated a strong history of leading important, customer-facing aspects of the business, most recently serving as vice president and general manager of Able Aerospace. Previously, Travis led Textron Aviation’s Sacramento Service Center and completed roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of customer service, technical marketing, operations and engineering.
