Regarding customer service, there are few experiences more gratifying than seeing a customer's reaction to a job well done. Whether it's a satisfied smile or an enthusiastic exclamation, knowing that you've made someone's day is what makes customer service so rewarding.
Alix Beezley, interior sales manager, recently experienced her best day on the job, when she had the pleasure of delivering a fully refurbished 2007 Cessna Citation Mustang to a customer. Seeing the joy on the customer's face when he saw his updated aircraft was an unforgettable experience.
“As we work through major interior refurb projects, we spend a lot of time with customers, talking through the details,” said Alix. “Many of these customers feel like friends by the end of the experience so it’s important to me to provide stellar customer service and support through every inch of the process.”
This customer was thoroughly involved in the whole refurbishment process, from choosing materials and paint colors, to finding ways to make his Mustang unique. The satisfaction of seeing the collaboration from the customer and our team come to fruition was a joy for Alix as well.
It's this type of customer service that motivates Alix. She’s proud to support and guide customers throughout a sometimes overwhelming process.
