Partners, sponsors, volunteers and Textron Aviation employees gathered in Orlando Friday to prepare for the Special Olympics Airlift event. Through the coordination of 120 Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker customer aircraft, over 800 Special Olympics athletes and their coaches will arrive in Orlando on June 4 to participate in the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games.
Thank you to all our customers, partners, agencies and people who have helped us get to this moment. We're so excited about this Special Olympics Airlift event.Ron Draper, President & CEO
The 2022 Airlift is the eighth that Textron Aviation has coordinated. The event would not be possible without the help of generous customers, industry partners and volunteers.
