Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) today announced that it is introducing a Quick Response Team to support popular business, political, sporting and lifestyle events that draw large fleets of aircraft. This month, the Quick Response Team will be at the Super Bowl XLIV on Feb. 7 in Miami, the Winter Olympics from Feb. 12-28 in Vancouver and the Daytona 500 NASCAR race on Feb. 14 in Daytona Beach.

“We are proud to provide this added level of service for our owners and operators,” said Christi Tannahill, vice president, Global Customer Support. “Creating the Quick Response Team to support such events is another example of how we are synergizing resources to improve the value of Hawker Beechcraft ownership.”

The Quick Response Team includes the placement of highly trained technical experts on-site at area airports to provide immediate support to Hawker Beechcraft owners and operators as they travel to and from large domestic and international events. The team leverages the resources of the company’s Global Customer Support group, including strategically positioned parts and service center resources.

Aircraft operators attending these events can action a Hawker Beechcraft Quick Response Team by dialing 866.AOG.HELP (866.264.4357). Other events supported by the Quick Response Team will be announced throughout the year and posted on the company’s Web site.
