In order to better serve customers and provide improved support within the European and Eastern European regions, Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) today announced a realignment of its Global Customer Service and Support field service representatives. Field service representatives are the first point of contact for all in-service related inquiries and support and are trained to offer guidance on aircraft models.
