Hawker 4000 Certified in Brazil

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) today announced its flagship super-midsize Hawker 4000 business jet has received Brazilian Type Certification from the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC). The Hawker 4000 is the first composite fuselage construction aircraft to receive Brazilian certification – a market for which this aircraft is perfectly suited.

“Brazilian acceptance of the Hawker 4000 is an important milestone,” said Richard Emery, president, Hawker Americas. “Over the past two years, we have completed several demonstration tours with the Hawker 4000 in South America and operators continue to be impressed with the performance and capabilities of the aircraft. worldwide.”

The approval adds to a growing list of certifications from Europe, Bermuda, China, Honduras, India, the Isle of Man, New Zealand, Nigeria, South Africa, Turkey, UAE and the United States.
