His previous roles include engineering management positions with Indamer, an MRO, and Aerial Services, a non-scheduled operator.

“In addition to a large installed base of aircraft already in the country, business aviation in India has seen significant growth over the past decade, a period during which Beechcraft has delivered nearly 50 aircraft to Indian customers,” said Richard Emery, Beechcraft president for EMEA and APAC. “We expect the demand for business aviation to increase rapidly as the economy grows. We will be able to provide even greater local support to both existing and new Beechcraft customers now with our new office and these key leadership appointments.”

Beechcraft also recently announced the appointment of Arrow Aircraft Sales and Charters Private Limited (ARROW) as the company’s exclusive sales representative for India.
